Cresto Safety (“we”) and the companies included in the Cresto Safety Group process personal data about individuals who visit and use our digital platforms and services.

Cresto Safety protects personal privacy and strives for a high level of protection in all processing of personal data. All processing of personal data within Cresto Safety is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation. This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data and applies to all of the Cresto Safety Group’s websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms (below referred to as “Digital Channels”).

RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right at any time to request that we stop processing your personal data, in which case we will do so unless there is a law or other regulation requiring us to continue processing it. You also have the right once per year, upon a written request signed by you, to receive information about which personal data we have registered about you and to have any incorrect information corrected. When requests for information according to this paragraph are made, we will ensure the identity of the requester before responding.

WHY WE USE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile phone when you visit a website. Cookies help our Digital Channels recognize your device and remember information about your visit (e.g. preferred language, text size, and other settings).
