Safe Lifting

Safe lifting is a course for those who work with lifting materials and equipment over 10 kg. We use various lifting systems, stationary as well as mobile. The course gives you an understanding of what the laws say and what requirements exist in the workplace regarding lifting. Additionally, planning and calculation of angles and risk assessment are essential parts of your work with lifting.

Goal

The course aims to create an understanding of different lifting systems and equipment that are available and how they are used based on risk assessments, angles and other vital parameters. Understanding the laws and regulations and how to use the equipment safely in different environments is also an essential part of this course.
