This weekend it's time for the second competion of the Swedish Championship in Roadracing, this time in Linköping. The first competition gave a stable start to this year's championship with two second places. This resulted in 40 points in the overall ranking, only 10 points from the first place. We talked a little with our own technical expert in fixed fall protection system Alexander Lundh about the thoughts before the second competition this weekend.
”After the race in Anderstorp we have done some changes in strategy which I think will suit me well in combination with Linköping's short and technical course. The goal is of course to win this weekend's race and gather more points but you never know what can happen."
Even this year, Alexander is racing for the Yamaha SBK Team Scandinavia team but with a small change.
"I contacted the Motorsportsgymnasiet in Anderstorp so this year I have two guys who come with me all season and help me during the race. I think it is a good opportunity for them to combine their interests with schooling and learn the practicalities in reality, ", says Alexander.
The year consists of a total of 4 competitions and closes with a final in Anderstorp in September. As proud colleagues, friends and sponsors, we wish Alexander all the best this weekend!
