GWO Working at Heights Refresher

This training is a refresher training of GWO Working at heights. GWO Work at Height is the Global Wind Organization's most basic module for wind power technicians. The course focuses on safe work at high altitude and the use of personal fall protection equipment.

Goal

Have knowledge about current and relevant laws and standards for work on Windpower turbines as well as understanding the importance of a proper and good safety plan, risk assessment, rescue plan. Practical knowledge about how to use appropriate fall protection equipment and learning about what happens with the body in a fall.
